Power pool statistics are those which contribute to a player character's overall POWER. Each class has a primary power pool stat, which contributes two points of POWER for every one point of that statistic, and a secondary power pool stat, which contributes one point of POWER for every one point of that statistic.
Thus, increasing the power pool statistics themselves indirectly increases one's POWER.
